We are a Multi-disciplinary Outpatient Facility offering programs for
Orthopedic and Sports injury, Cardiac, Pediatric, Neurological and Pain Dysfunctions through Physical and Occupational
Therapy. We utilize our knowledge of the musculoskeletal, neuromuscular and cardiovascular
systems across the lifespan to develop and provide a comprehensive and
personalized rehabilitation program.
We are committed to maintaining a therapist-to-client ratio
that will allow the THERAPIST
to provide optimal care to every patient/client during each treatment session.
Well, 2008 didn't last long... We had a very successful year with the addition
of 3 therapists and we have hired 3 more therapists in the recent weeks for 2009.
Our success continues! Thank You for allowing
us to provide the type of quality, individualized
care that each patient/client should expect.
When I opened the Arizona Center for Physical Therapy & Rehab over 3 1/2
years ago, people asked me if there would be enough patients
and physician referrals to keep us busy. My response was "if we
provided exceptional Physical Therapy, which is done best by
spending individual treatment time
with clients, giving immediate feedback and direction, and thus more
quickly improving the clients ability to obtain their goals,
we would be busier than we could imagine.
This is what has happened!
MISSION STATEMENT
The Arizona Center for Physical Therapy and Rehab's mission is to
enhance the patient's quality of life by assisting and educating our
patients in living an active, healthy lifestyle, free from pain or
physical limitations, through skillful, personalized and exceptional
physical therapy services.
"Exceptional Physical Therapy is a Dynamic process. One which
necessitates constant interaction between the treating therapist and
the patient. It is not a process that can or should be done away from
the patient."

At the Arizona Center for Physical Therapy & Rehab, patients receive an individualized rehabilitation
program customized to fit their individual needs. A licensed therapist provides each client with a
comprehensive evaluation which allows the therapist to assess the patients needs and design (with the patient)
the best treatment plan to restore that individual's maximum function.
Our treatment approach to offer exceptional one on one care to our clients is what separates us from
the other clinics in the Show Low area.

AZPT, I have had Physical Therapy in the past many times. When my doctor
asked me to try your therapists, I questioned why. He said that many of his patients had
reported good things to him about the type of care they recieved and the attentiveness
of the therapists providing the treatment, instead of aides providing most of the care.
